About The Position

Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools is hiring a part-time Swim Instructor in Henderson, Nevada. The role teaches children ages 6 months to 12 years to swim and develop water-safety skills in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment. Instructors train with an experienced mentor, teach weekly lessons, celebrate student milestones, and build positive relationships with students and parents. The job is active and involves being on your feet and in the pool. Set shifts include evenings and weekends, with opportunities to pick up additional hours.

Requirements

• Love working with children and bring positive energy.
• Be reliable, safety-minded, and professional, with strong communication skills.
• Be able to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Be comfortable in the water and able to stay active on your feet.

Nice To Haves

• Previous teaching or swim experience; experience is not required, and paid training is provided.

Responsibilities
