About The Position
The Physical Therapist role is in Henderson, Nevada, and is described as a contract assignment in Rehabilitation Therapy. The position is scheduled for day shifts, 8 hours per day. The posting lists 40 guaranteed work hours per week and 32 guaranteed work hours during holiday weeks. Equipment will be provided during the interview. Parking and dress-code information will be provided on the first day. Licensure rules depend on the assignment: candidates for ATI may start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license right away; candidates for SC must already hold a permanent license, and compact licenses are not accepted. ATI candidates must complete some documentation directly with ATI, in addition to AMN’s clearance packet, before ATI clears them to start. Candidates who worked permanent or PRN at ATI within the past year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Candidates with prior ATI traveler history, or permanent/PRN ATI history more than a year before submission, must have their name and date of birth sent to Katrina for eligibility review. Requirements
- Experience in the setting is required.
- An active license is required.
- ATI candidates must complete additional documentation directly with ATI before clearance to start.
- For ATI, a compact license may be used to start, but a permanent license must be obtained right away.
- For SC, a permanent license is required; compact licenses are not accepted.
- General certifications listed: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, and NRP.
- Rehabilitation certifications listed: ASHA, CHT, and ACP Training.
