Part-Time Swim Instructor - Brick
About The Position
Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools is hiring a part-time Swim Instructor to teach children ages 6 months to 12 years. Instructors receive paid, hands-on training with an experienced mentor and teach weekly lessons using the organization's swim instruction methods. The role focuses on water safety, encouraging students, and building positive relationships with students and parents. It is an active position that involves being on your feet and in the pool. Set shifts include evenings and weekends, with opportunities to pick up additional hours as you grow. Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus but is not required. The role offers a stated pay range of $16.50–$19.50 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications. Entry-level team members start at the beginning of the pay range, with regular opportunities for increases.
