About The Position

The Sweeper Operator operates sweeper equipment to clean and maintain plant, yard, and roadway surfaces. The role removes debris, dust, and material buildup to support safe and efficient operations, performs routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance, and follows site safety procedures. The operator promptly reports hazards or maintenance needs, supports general site housekeeping, and assists with other operational tasks as needed.

• Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Solid communication skills and willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
• Successful candidates must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
