About The Position

Clarion Partners operates independently as a Specialist Investment Manager owned by Franklin Templeton (FT), a diversified firm that spans asset management, wealth management, and fintech, giving us many ways to help investors make progress toward their goals. Salary Range: $190,000 - $211,000 Responsible for the creation, enhancement and support of the applications and interfaces at Clarion Partners. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers and other application developers to design and construct systems that fulfill Clarion’s business needs. Use business requirements and functional specifications to develop multi-tier, web-based data management applications to include presentation, business logic, and data access layers. Follow an iterative development methodology to ensure business needs are met within the budget and schedule of the project. Effectively make data and content management decisions in the best interest of the business unit being served, as well as the company. Engage with the business analysts to gather new requirements for the in-house Clarity application. Architect, design, and deliver solutions for the new business requirements and support the bug fixes in the in-house applications. Mentor the Offshore Team for new development work and support new initiatives. Collaborate with the infrastructure team on new Azure related initiatives. Architect and manage applications deployed in Azure. Supervise software developers or engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a directly related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in any occupation of software engineer or related.
  • Experience with SQL Server.
  • Experience working with HTML, CSS, DHTML, XML, XSL, and JQuery.
  • Experience developing web applications, services, and Windows Services using Visual Studio.NET, C#, and ASP.NET.
  • Experience working on the full application life cycle from design through development, testing, release, and support.
  • .NET web development using JavaScript and client-server model.
  • Experience using third-party web control’s libraries/frameworks.
  • Experience working on SQL Reporting Services and SQL Server Integration Services.
