About The Position

As Senior Vice President of Solutions Engineering, you will sit at the intersection of technical excellence and executive strategy, owning the global pre-sales function and serving as a key voice in shaping company direction. Reporting directly to the COO, you will build and lead a world-class, distributed organization of solutions engineers and regional SE leaders, driving the enterprise-wide adoption of Agentic Process Automation across marquee accounts worldwide. This is a C-suite-adjacent leadership role that demands equal command of C-level credibility and deep technical authority. You will be the company’s most senior technical voice in the field—championing the transformative potential of AI and Automation, influencing product strategy, and forging executive relationships at the largest enterprises globally. You will be a key architect of the company’s go-to-market engine, driving revenue at scale while elevating the function from pre-sales support to a strategic growth lever.
