About The Position

The Sushi Clerk prepares sushi according to company recipes, menu needs, and the number of customers to be served. The role uses proper kitchen equipment and serves customers with a friendly, willing attitude. The Sushi Clerk helps encourage repeat business by building relationships with customers and follows the employee handbook, particularly its service and appearance standards. The position is expected to meet and exceed company standards for food, service, quality, and cleanliness. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi in quantities appropriate to the menu and the number of people to be served.
• Prepare sushi items according to company recipes.
• Use proper kitchen equipment to prepare sushi items.
• Serve customers with a smile and a willing attitude.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and high sales.
