Summer 2027 - Survey Intern
About The Position
This summer internship position provides technical support to the Survey (SV) Group and related work required by other Departments within the company. It is perfect for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and may be interested in making survey a career, or for anyone pursuing engineering. The internship offers experience in Field Surveying, Computer Aided Design (CADD Technician), and Property Research. Training will be provided for property research, which can be done in-person or online through the recorder of deeds office. This role is ideal for individuals interested in legal support, title examination, real estate, the insurance industry, or property assessment.
Requirements
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- Fundamental working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other applicable software programs.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to follow directions with attention to details.
- Ability to perform tasks independently.
- Ability to organize information.
- Ability to complete deliverables expediently.
Nice To Haves
- Some drafting knowledge (willing to train the right candidate).
