Survey Engineering Summer Intern - 2027
About The Position
Montana Resources is seeking intern applicants with interests in Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mine Engineering, Construction, Geotechnical Engineering, Minerals Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, and Hydrogeological Engineering. This internship offers the opportunity to assist crews with general labor tasks around the mine site, follow all safety procedures and MSHA regulations, and perform other duties as assigned to support the engineering department. The work environment is an outdoor industrial mining setting with exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and changing weather conditions. Work will be performed near heavy equipment and moving machinery. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing, the ability to work on uneven ground and in elevated areas, and the capability of performing physically demanding labor for extended periods.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a secondary education program for the fall 2027 school year.
