About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Painesville, Ohio. The role focuses on observing security systems and detecting threats before they escalate, while helping protect people and property. The officer will monitor surveillance systems, document incidents, respond to potential threats, patrol the premises, control access, and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.

The position offers a full-time schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., and Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.50. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities
