About The Position

A surveillance officer is a professional who provides a wide variety of security services, such as protecting their employer's property, ensuring customer security, and providing security reports to their employer's management team. This role is with Century Gaming Technologies (CGT), a subsidiary of Accel Entertainment, specializing in providing state-of-the-art Video Gaming Machines and Player Rewards Systems to licensed establishments across Nevada. The focus is on providing unmatched customer service, support, guidance, and compliance expertise to help partner establishments grow their businesses by maximizing gaming revenue.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Excellent communication skills
Must be quality conscious and flexible
Must have or apply for & receive a Gaming Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
Must own weapon and have a firearm permit.
Ability to operate closed circuit television, video recording devices, and remote-control devices.
Ability to use a computer and associated hardware to complete documentation.
Ability to remain impartial and keep confidential all actions and behavior observed.
Thorough knowledge of CGT’s policies and procedures
Thorough knowledge of gaming regulations
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.

Nice To Haves

At least six (6) months previous experience preferred

Responsibilities

Observe activities that occur in all areas of CGT
Report all violations of gaming, safety, health and or policy and procedural violations that occur.
Provide and maintain surveillance operation to protect company assets and licenses.
Accurately and confidentially observe and report all violations of law, regulations, and procedures.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Sign in and out vehicles and keysets when required by technicians.
