Surveillance Officer
About The Position
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service. The Surveillance Officer will monitor various casino operations including table games, electronic gaming devices, the cashiers cage, count room activities, and all non-gaming procedures. A thorough knowledge of overall casino operations, promotions, and events is required. The position involves reporting any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance, and adhering to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role is responsible for duties associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program.

Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all members.
- Monitors table games and electronic gaming device activities.
- Monitors cashiers cage and count room activities.
- Monitors all non-gaming procedures
- Knowledge of the overall casino operations.
- Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.
- Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Section G of Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
