About The Position
This is an extension request for Sherri. The role involves working as an OR Tech / Surgical Tech in Surgical Services. The shift hours are from 18:30 to 07:00, working 12-hour shifts for a total of 36 hours per week. Call and holiday/weekend coverage may be required based on unit needs. Call hours are Monday-Friday from 21:00 to 06:30, and on Saturdays and Sundays, there are 12-hour call shifts from 06:30 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 06:30. Requested Time Off (RTO) requires manager approval. This contract should not be put into the pipeline until final approval is granted, and the manager must approve both the contract dates and any RTO requests.
