Requirements

  • One year of OR Nursing experience.
  • Recent knowledge of Robotic Surgical Care in GYN, General, Urology and Thoracic patients.
  • Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Of Nursing, upon hire or Masters Of Nursing, upon hire.
  • Three years of advanced knowledge of Robotic Surgery is preferred in all surgical specialties including GYN, General, Urology and Thoracic.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and implementing services and activities related to the designated surgical services lines.
  • Ensuring that patients receive the best possible clinical and service experience from the time of surgery scheduling throughout the perioperative experience by overseeing patient OR staff and resident education.
  • Maintaining the quality standards for responsive service, including data management of key quality indicators.
  • Functioning as a liaison between physicians, nursing staff, OR leadership, allied health professionals, patients, and families.
