We are a premier medical and aesthetic practice combining high-end plastic and cosmetic surgery, a medical weight loss clinic, and our luxury Dermlounge medical spa. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to manage our patient pipeline. The Surgical Sales and Patient Experience Coordinator is a key driver of revenue growth for our surgical practice. This role focuses on maximizing sales conversions by optimizing the patient’s journey from initial contact through ongoing care until the patient is discharged. Collaborating directly with our executive leadership team, you will implement sales strategies, analyze pipeline data, and champion an unforgettable, luxury patient experience. Requirements

  • A proven passion for closing sales, overcoming objections, and driving high-value revenue growth.
  • An outgoing, empathetic personality with the ability to connect deeply, listen actively, and build instant trust with patients.
  • Ability to translate complex medical procedures and financial estimates into clear, comfortable concepts.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and use data-driven analytical skills to fix inefficiencies in the sales funnel.
  • At least 2 years of high-end sales experience (Medical, Aesthetic, Luxury Hospitality, or Premium Fitness preferred).
  • Experience in a healthcare, surgical practice, or medical spa setting is highly preferred.
  • Proficient with CRM software, electronic medical records (EMR), and pipeline tracking tools.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Turn incoming leads into consultations across our surgical practice, weight loss clinic, and Dermlounge skin clinic.
  • Maximize the conversion of consultations into scheduled surgeries.
  • Partner with the Dermlounge Manager to convert surgical patients into long-term medical spa clients and vice versa.
  • Continually refine and improve standard operating procedures for lead management and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to monitor and analyze key performance metrics, sales targets, and booking milestones.
  • Use CRM and pipeline data to provide actionable reports and recommendations to optimize our sales strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless, compassionate, and high-touch experience from initial contact through post-op discharge.
  • Manage patient satisfaction surveys and feedback loops to continuously improve our quality of care.
  • Work daily with the Medical Assistants, Patient Ambassadors, Insurance Coordinator, Dermlounge Manager, and Practice Manager for smooth patient handoffs.
  • Partner with our marketing and social media teams to optimize lead generation and target high-quality prospects.
