We are currently seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Scottsdale!

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare required.
  • Complete understanding of HIPAA and PHI policies.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, excellent ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player!

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with EMR system preferred, eClinical Works is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily follow-up communications with new and established patients.
  • Track and monitor patient complaints through final resolution.
  • Develop patient experience reports.
  • Complete Daily phone/text audits.
  • Complete volume reporting to be shared with management.
  • Pull charts in accordance with insurance request.
