Fertility Specialists of Texas is a leading fertility clinic known for advanced treatments and a genuinely compassionate, patient-centered approach. We offer a full spectrum of reproductive care: consultations, IUI, IVF, and egg, sperm, and embryo freezing, with high success rates and a team that shows up for patients at every step of their journey. The Patient Experience Coordinator is the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, and that moment matters more than most. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position based at our Plano, TX location. We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in this setting, warmth and composure aren’t just nice to have - they’re part of the care.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting
  • Calm, composed, and genuinely warm demeanor
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or a demonstrated ability to learn software quickly
  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or clinical front desk experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Ability to make patients feel heard and at ease, even when they’re stressed or scared
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and clinic procedures
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions
  • Manage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams, prioritizing by urgency
  • Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms
  • Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts
  • Log all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow
  • Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support daily operations
  • Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality
  • Cover other Patient Services Representative roles during absences as needed
