About The Position
Texas Health Physicians Group is seeking a skilled Surgery Scheduler Specialist for a fast-paced, high-volume Neuro Spine Specialists clinic in Arlington, Texas. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role coordinates patient appointments and surgery-related preparations, with a focus on ensuring patients receive high-quality care. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two years of related experience in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate, register, and schedule patient appointments according to availability.
- Conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care.
- Ensure all required tests are completed before surgery.
- Schedule necessary follow-up appointments.
