About The Position

As a Surge Merchandiser at Anderson Merchandisers, you will support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and available for purchase. You will work with store teams and travel to different retail locations to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods, special projects, or urgent needs. You must have access to your own mobile device with a data plan to access assignments and communicate with the team. The role calls for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work independently, stay self-motivated, and perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The position requires travel within an assigned area or region, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds. Conversational English proficiency, spoken and written, is required to communicate with customers and coworkers in real time. The stated rate of pay is $20.50, with a pay range of $19.00–$21.73. Pay decisions consider factors including geographic location, skills, experience, and market demands. Applications are accepted until the opening is filled. Requirements

Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Reliable access to a personal smartphone with a data plan for work-related tasks.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to travel to various store locations within a designated region.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to company and client guidelines.
Communicate with store personnel and supervisors to keep displays in prime condition.
Complete store visits and projects on time and report results using the company's mobile app.
Assist with setting up and executing promotional and seasonal displays.
Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
Travel to multiple store locations as assigned within a specific area or region.
