About The Position
Michael Kors is seeking a seasonal Stock Associate for its Locust Grove, Georgia location. The role supports store operations by maintaining organized, stocked merchandise areas and assisting with inventory, shipping, receiving, and register procedures. The associate also provides high-quality customer service and resolves client concerns effectively.
Responsibilities
- Keep the selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with maintaining inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Assist with stock, shipping, and receiving protocols and policies, including related paperwork.
- Unpack, hang, or fold merchandise and apply security tags when needed.
- Comply with Point-of-Sale policies and procedures.
- Properly execute relevant register functions.
- Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance requirements.
- Participate in relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management.
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
