About The Position

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. This role is for someone who likes working with their hands and enjoys variety in their work, using creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

Requirements

Be open to learn
Enjoy working on your own
Have experience working with your hands - Could come varied sources: construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Responsibilities

Drive to our customers to perform the jobs scheduled for the day
Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Communicate with the support team if questions arise
