We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in our Surface Grinding and Roll Grinding departments. You will work closely with experienced team members to learn our specialized processes and develop valuable skills in precision manufacturing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read measuring instruments and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background review
- 3+ years of experience in precision grinding or related manufacturing environments
- Experience with Surface Grinding
- Experience with O.D. Grinding
- Experience with Lapping
- Experience with Visual Grinding
- Setup and inspection experience strongly preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing, automotive, maintenance, military, technical school, or hands-on mechanical experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual Surface Grinders and O.D. Grinders
- Perform precision grinding operations to customer specifications
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Maintain quality standards and production requirements
- Support operations within both the Surface Grinding and Roll Grinding departments
- Follow all company quality, safety, and PPE requirements
- Work overtime as needed
