About The Position

Assists in coordinating quality improvement and compliance activities for clinical and support services. Coordinates and guides employees in interpreting State, Federal, and Managed Care regulatory guidelines, and assists them in attaining regulatory compliance. Oversees the patient safety program and assists with compliance.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse or have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, along with 2 years of experience, if not holding a preferred master’s degree.
• Must be very familiar with JCAHO, State, and Federal standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to maintain reports and policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with and coordinate all levels of staff.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
