About The Position

The Supv Food and Nutrition Svcs supervises and coordinates daily food service operations throughout Food and Nutrition Services (FANS). The position focuses on timely and accurate meal service for Patient Services and the Cafeteria, and compliance with HACCP and sanitation standards. Duties include scheduling, conducting employee performance evaluations, and directly supervising employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Two to three years of experience in food services or hospitality required.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills are desired.
• Serv-Safe Certification is recommended or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of hospital and health care operations preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred.

Responsibilities
