About The Position

As the Supv-Clinical Engineering, you will lead and oversee all lease back Clinical Engineering operations across multiple sites. Your role is critical in ensuring a quality, cost-effective medical equipment maintenance program that meets or exceeds customer expectations. You will supervise technical work, manage staff, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve equipment-related issues, all while maintaining high customer service standards.

Requirements

At least three to five (3-5) years of progressively more responsible experience in biomedical or clinical engineering.
Valid driver's license.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Associates degree in clinical engineering.

Nice To Haves

Preferred Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent with courses in Biomedical or Clinical Engineering.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day technical aspects of work, quality of services, and preventive maintenance completion.
Dispatch assignments for repair requests and schedule staff coverage, including callback.
Oversee the implementation of management directives and initiatives.
Assist in system planning, budget preparation, and technology assessment.
Coordinate the design, construction, and implementation of installations and special projects.
Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory standards, including TJC, CMS, DNV, OSHA, and EPA.
