Requirements

• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Direct Support roles within this organization are mandated reporters, and as such must report any instances of abuse, neglect, or exploitation that they are involved in or witness.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Supervisory experience in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of individual’s program plans
• Develop, implement and monitor individualized training programs to meet identified priority training needs
• Ensures all plans are person centered and reflect the individual’s hopes and dreams through active participation wherever possible
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulatory requirements
• Communicate with all team members, including family, guardians and support coordinators to ensure that the individual’s needs are being addressed
• Performs all other duties as assigned
