Requirements

• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug screenings
• Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services preferred or Associate’s degree with two years’ experience in human services

Responsibilities

• Ensures that each individual has the training, mentoring, and support to be successful in meaningful employment
• Actively contacts and engages businesses as potential employers
• Provides good customer service, education and support to businesses employing the individuals
• Ensures documentation and services meets all regulatory guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
