As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping people develop life skills, confidence, and emotional resilience. You’ll be part of a dedicated, hands-on team supporting individuals with a range of complex needs such as Autism, Learning disabilities, Mental health conditions, & Challenging behaviour. Requirements

  • A Full UK driving licence
  • Compassion, resilience, and emotional intelligence
  • Confidence working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge
  • Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping
  • A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering person-centred care
  • Existing work authorisation for the UK

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of one year’s experience working in care or support

Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with essential daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Encouraging independence and building confidence through meaningful activities and community access
  • Being a calm, reliable presence during difficult times , offering emotional reassurance and structure
  • Promoting routines and relationships that help people feel safe, respected, and included
  • Monitoring and recording progress , recognising and celebrating small wins every day
  • Working regular 12-hour shifts — including waking nights — to provide consistent and high-quality care
