As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping people develop life skills, confidence, and emotional resilience. Requirements

A Full UK driving licence
Compassion, resilience, and emotional intelligence
Confidence working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge
Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping
A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering person-centred care
Existing work authorisation for the UK

Nice To Haves

A minimum of one year’s experience working in care or support

Responsibilities

Supporting individuals with essential daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, cleaning, and budgeting
Encouraging independence and building confidence through meaningful activities and community access
Being a calm, reliable presence during difficult times , offering emotional reassurance and structure
Promoting routines and relationships that help people feel safe, respected, and included
Monitoring and recording progress , recognising and celebrating small wins every day
Working regular 12-hour shifts — including waking nights — to provide consistent and high-quality care
