About The Position

Caroline Care's for you is a locally owned independent home care provider based in Brackley. Our mission is to enable clients to live independently within their own homes by offering a range of personalized care services. We are committed to compassionate support and community well-being. We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Brackley and Surrounding villages. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals maintain their independence through personalised care and support. As a Support Worker, you will join a friendly and supportive community where you will contribute to our mission of compassionate care.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in working with the elderly and clients with care and support needs
• Ability to support clients effectively.
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and adaptable with good organisational skills.
• Car driver with access to a vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant qualifications in health or social care are a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal care, medication management, and mobility.
• Foster positive relationships through mentoring and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with team members to develop tailored care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Promote independence and well-being for all clients.
