Responsibilities
- Support individuals with hobbies, chats, walks, and cooking.
- Spend your whole shift with one person to build real connections.
- Support individuals with café catch-ups, scenic walks, going on holidays, and chill-out days.
- Ensure everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered.
