Matrix Systems & Technologies Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Support Services Project Manager to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional support services in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position will focus on financial review/improvement and specialty project support: Provide technical and administrative support to ensure the AT&T Legacy Services Conversion Project (C2C) milestones are met statewide. Conduct comprehensive network and voice service and billing audits to ensure accuracy. Develop and deliver training to new and existing NCS staff on communications billing audit procedures and compliance standards. Lead and train NCS staff on complex, specialty VoIP service implementations, including HELD Protocol migrations to modernize emergency location services.
