The purpose of this job is to monitor and maintain daily optimal blender performance, identifying issues and managing end-to-end repairs with support and third-party vendors. This role involves overseeing daily blender performance to ensure maximum uptime, quickly identifying operational issues to prevent downtime and minimize service delays, and problem-solving/troubleshooting blending equipment issues. The Project Manager II will decide when to escalate issues to support and technical vendors and manage the entire repair process with these vendors. Additionally, the role includes creating and tracking work orders and purchase orders in internal systems for technical support at various retail sites, managing and resolving open orders for accurate administrative records, and providing data-driven input for annual maintenance and capital budgets. The position also requires tracking daily blender metrics across all locations, participating in special projects, modeling behaviors that support the company’s common purpose, ensuring vendors and team members are supported, and completing other duties as assigned. Proficiency in navigating FSM/Salesforce is also required.
