This position will focus on financial review/improvement and specialty project support for the AT&T Legacy Services Conversion Project (C2C). The role involves providing technical and administrative support to meet statewide project milestones, conducting comprehensive network and voice service and billing audits for accuracy, and developing/delivering training to staff on audit procedures and compliance. Additionally, the role includes leading and training staff on complex VoIP service implementations and HELD Protocol migrations to modernize emergency location services.
