About The Position

As an intern with Planview, you get the opportunity to gain meaningful, paid work experience to support your academic learning. You will be supported in further developing your skills and have the chance to learn more about the areas of our business that are the most relevant to your career goals. We’re looking for a Support Operations Intern to join our team in Austin, Texas, in the summer of 2027. You will collaborate with the Global Initiatives, Reporting, and Operations groups on high-impact projects for the Support Operations and Escalation teams.

Requirements

• Students currently enrolled in an accredited University or college program, or recent graduates.
• Candidates must be available to work from our Austin office for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional group and manage tasks.
• Assist with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives.
• Deliver AI/Machine Learning projects.
• Build reports and dashboards.
• Document feature requests and process improvements.
• Track project progress and provide timely updates to leadership.
