Operations Intern

Agency EightNew York, NY
$15 - $20

About The Position

Agency Eight is looking for an Operations Intern or Part-Time Assistant to support our Director of Operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who gets energized by organization, is a self-starter, when something doesn’t work the first time, they try again, and wants to understand what it actually takes to run a fast-growing company from the inside. You'll work directly on project management, systems, documentation, and team coordination — the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else run better. If you're someone who notices when things could be more organized, more consistent, or more scalable, this role is for you. We are looking for someone who notices when text isn’t centered on a page, cares when formatting is inconsistent, makes to-do lists for fun, and is good at keeping people on deadlines.
