Geotab is seeking a Support Operations Intern who is responsible for providing technical and operational support for key Change Management initiatives. The intern will act as the primary contact for initial troubleshooting of the internal Device Adder application, serving as a liaison between the Orders team and Tier 3 development teams. This role will also support data analysis and process improvement by assisting with KPI tracking and running database queries, while also taking ownership of a critical knowledge base migration project to prepare for next-generation AI support tools.
