About The Position

The Support Flex Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries accurately and efficiently, preparing new merchandise for the sales floor. The role also executes outbound merchandise activities, supports facilities maintenance, maintains back-of-house organization, and works with the merchandising team to place and sign products on the sales floor. This is an hourly position. The associate supports store operations and fulfillment, assists customers, maintains operational standards, follows safety and asset protection procedures, and contributes to a positive store culture. Responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
Unload truck deliveries, separate cartons by department, process merchandise, remove plastic, and hang items as needed to prepare products for the sales floor.
Follow operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
Apply sensor tags; process product transfers and damages; and complete RFID tasks to support inventory accuracy.
Assist with facilities processes, including lighting and recycling programs, work orders, store maintenance, and housekeeping.
Support merchandising and store fulfillment teams with floor sets, product presentations, promotional sets, price changes, and picking and packing customer orders.
Replenish supplies, support store recovery, maintain cleanliness, and organize tools, supplies, excess stock, fixtures, and other equipment.
Use training tools and other resources, embrace feedback, and stay informed about operational procedures, products, promotions, policies, and store events.
Warmly acknowledge and assist customers, support the store during peak traffic and coverage periods, and complete other assigned tasks.
Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control and minimize risk.
