As a Support Engineer I, you will investigate front-end applications by capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will also use backend techniques such as capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers. The role requires clear verbal and written communication with clients and internal collaborators. You will document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle, prioritize work according to severity, and collaborate across teams to ensure issues reach the appropriate individuals. On-call coverage during or outside business hours may be required as needed. The position has a hybrid work requirement and is preferably based in Orlando, Florida; Kansas City, Missouri; or Nashville, Tennessee.
