About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is hiring Support Center Security for its Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky. This on-site role works 30 hours per week and focuses on protecting people, property, and peace of mind at the Paragon buildings, parking areas, off-campus properties, and special events. The position works closely with Loss Prevention, Reception, and Support Center teams to maintain a welcoming and secure environment for employees and guests. Candidates with a law enforcement background who are proactive, observant, and service-oriented are suited to this professional, team-focused role.

Requirements

• Kentucky Law Enforcement Certification.
• Active or retired Law Enforcement Officer in good standing.
• Current LEOSA and/or CCDW certification, or ability to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft products.
• Strong situational awareness, professionalism, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security for Paragon I and II buildings and surrounding parking lots.
• Provide security coverage for off-campus properties and special events.
• Monitor security cameras from the front security desk.
• Conduct routine patrols on foot and/or by vehicle.
• Identify and respond to security concerns or potential threats.
• Provide security support for special Support Center functions.
• Assist the Reception team with guest or employee needs in the lobby.
• Partner with Loss Prevention and Security leadership on daily operations.
