About The Position

This role provides essential administrative and coordination support for sales operations across various events. The Support Administration Coordinator will assist the Global Sponsor Admin Manager with daily tasks, data management, CRM administration, exhibitor coordination, and general team support. This position plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of sales operations, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales operations support or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice, Freshdesk).
  • Strong data management and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience in event administration or coordination.

  • Knowledge of D365.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Sponsor Admin Manager with the day-to-day administration and coordination of sales operations across events.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate reporting, tracking documents, and sponsor data across internal systems.
  • Update and maintain exhibitor trackers, and manual reports.
  • Support sales report and floorplan audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate reporting and data access requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting and administrative support for CRM users.
  • Assist with CRM-related processes, including event setup, data uploads, and system updates.
  • Manage and respond to Freshservice/Freshdesk tickets related to sponsor operations and CRM queries.
  • Support onboarding and training for new CRM users and team members.
  • Help gather and document requirements for CRM enhancements and process improvements.
  • Support floorplan management and onsite CRM usage for sponsor and exhibitor tracking.
  • Assist with user access requests, onboarding, and D365 updates or change requests.
  • Support the rebook process, including preparation of reports, tracking documents, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain accurate exhibitor and sponsor lists and ensure timely updates are shared with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular audits of exhibitor data and provide summaries to relevant operational teams.
  • Assist with post-event rebooking coordination between Sales and Operations teams.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Global Sponsor Admin Manager across multiple projects and events.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, documentation, and internal communications where required.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to maintaining efficient operational workflows.
  • Assist with ad hoc operational, reporting, and event-related tasks as needed.
