About The Position

GAF is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Intern to join its Residential Supply Planning team. The internship gives students the opportunity to apply classroom learning, take ownership of projects, participate in meetings, and collaborate across departments. The role supports improvements to planning systems and processes that bring value to customers and support GAF’s profitability.

Responsibilities are split between day-to-day planning work that keeps the business operational and project-based assignments intended to improve operational efficiency and service. The intern will work with teams across the supply chain and other company departments to implement projects and assignments successfully.

Requirements

• Be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Majoring in Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day planning responsibilities for assigned areas of the business, which may include a manufacturing plant, distribution location, customer segment, sales geography, or transportation lane.
• Improve assigned supply planning functions, potentially involving Sales & Operations Planning, raw material planning, demand planning, distribution replenishment planning, or SAP integration.
• Engage and collaborate with supply chain teams and other departments to successfully implement and adopt projects and assignments.
