About The Position

At TriHealth, Supply and Distribution Techs contribute to patient care by supporting supply chain operations in a team-oriented health system. This position operates multiple computer systems and handheld computers for operational aspects of the Logistics Management Department and supports areas across Supply Chain Management. The role is responsible for inventorying and distributing supplies throughout the hospital, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and serving as a resource to customers and staff regarding supply and inventory concerns. The position is located at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is full-time, day shift, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to four years of experience in a related field.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to communicate with customers to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource to customers and staff regarding supply, equipment, and inventory issues.
• Operate multiple computer systems and handheld computers related to Logistics Management Department operations.
• Communicate with customers to resolve problems.
• Pay close attention to job duties related to supply chain management.
• Transport patient-care equipment and supplies to and from various destinations while following department policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate TriHealth SERVE standards and ALWAYS behaviors in interactions with patients, guests, team members, and the community.
