Join The Oregon Clinic as a full-time Supply Clerk in our Gastroenterology West Clinic in Southwest Portland. This role is crucial in ensuring quality, cost containment, safety, and excellent customer satisfaction in procurement and distribution. You will act as a liaison between clinics and the Central Supply Chain, making recommendations for process improvements and assisting in the development of best practices. Your responsibilities include maintaining department operations, supply replenishment, shipping and receiving, and coordinating equipment repairs. You will ensure the right products and services are delivered at the appropriate time, support mailing tasks, complete ad hoc reports, and perform errands outside the clinic. Additionally, you will arrange meeting logistics.
