About The Position

The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for inventory-control tasks, including scanning products, picking orders, restocking par carts and inventory locations, and supporting point-of-use systems. The role uses scanning technology and the INFOR ERP system to process inventory and supply-chain transactions. The technician helps ensure supplies are processed and distributed in a timely manner, maintains orderly stocking areas, and provides customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of product numbers and units of measure.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• No license, registration, or certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Use scanning technology for par locations.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts as directed.
• Pick and pack orders, including completing documentation.
• Restock pars and inventories.
• Round on units, process supplies, and distribute them in a timely manner.
• Check expiration dates and maintain clean, orderly stocking areas.
• Ensure a compliant ready state in all assigned areas.
• Perform tasks and transactions appropriately in INFOR, including Par Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, and Mobile Supply Chain Mgmt.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
