About The Position

The Supply Chain ERP Systems Analyst II administers, supports, optimizes, and enhances ERP systems in a healthcare environment. The role serves as a senior resource connecting Supply Chain, Finance, Clinical Support Services, and Information Technology to ensure ERP solutions support organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, operational efficiency, and data integrity. The Analyst II independently leads medium- to complex-level system initiatives, serves as a subject matter expert for assigned ERP applications, and guides end users and junior analysts. The position contributes to process improvement, system optimization, reporting, and strategic ERP initiatives. The role supports ERP applications such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, and Infor Lawson, including item master governance; contract pricing; inventory locations; and vendor and product data. It analyzes business processes and requirements, translates needs into functional solutions, configures and optimizes ERP modules, and supports reporting, analytics, integrations, audits, and project delivery. It also develops documentation and training, supports users, and promotes standardization and best practices across Supply Chain systems and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience supporting healthcare supply chain, finance, or ERP systems.
Demonstrated experience leading ERP projects, system implementations, upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
Advanced experience managing and maintaining data in ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or Infor Lawson.
Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations, purchasing, inventory management, item master governance, and contract management.
Comprehensive database and reporting knowledge, including report development, data analysis, and system integrations.
Advanced proficiency with Windows applications, including Excel, Access, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Ability to develop expertise in additional enterprise applications and healthcare information systems as required.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced day-to-day support for Supply Chain ERP systems, including item master maintenance and governance, contract pricing support and validation, inventory location management, and vendor and product data management.
Monitor system performance, identify trends, troubleshoot complex issues, resolve incidents, and recommend sustainable solutions as an escalation point for ERP issues.
Coordinate system upgrades, patches, testing, and enhancements.
Maintain system integrity and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Analyze business processes across Supply Chain and Purchasing, Finance and Accounting, Inventory and Materials Management, Contract Management, and Clinical Support Services.
Gather, document, validate, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions and process improvements.
Lead workflow redesign and process improvement initiatives; conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues.
Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities to improve operational performance and user experience.
Configure and maintain ERP modules; lead system enhancements and optimization initiatives; identify workflow automation and data-quality opportunities; and recommend future-state solutions.
Ensure system configurations align with healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and applicable industry standards.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and security in ERP applications.
Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics tools; perform advanced data analysis; monitor key performance indicators; and provide actionable recommendations.
Support audits and data validation through accurate reporting and documentation.
Lead and support integrations between ERP systems and related healthcare platforms, including EHR/EMR, procurement, inventory management, and financial systems.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, project managers, and departmental leadership, and serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in strategic planning and ERP roadmap initiatives and support project planning, testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
Develop and maintain user guides, workflow diagrams, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Deliver end-user training and education on ERP functionality and best practices; provide user support and knowledge transfer.
Mentor and guide junior analysts and end users, and promote standardization and best practices across Supply Chain systems and processes.
