As our new Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be overseeing a planning team while coordinating procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics functions to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and results-driven supply chain leader with strong analytical skills
  • Hands-on SAP experience
  • Proven ability to coach teams and drive operational improvements in a manufacturing setting
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management is preferred
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning roles
  • A minimum of 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP MM and PP modules
  • Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • A Lean certification (Green Belt) or equivalent
  • An APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)
  • Prior experience driving process improvement through automation and digitalization

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop planning team members in daily operations, conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans as needed
  • Monitor and report team KPIs, driving continuous improvements to achieve or exceed inventory, delivery, and backlog targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Supply Chain COE to optimize inventory levels, increase turns, and advance process automation and digitalization
  • Handle planning exceptions related to purchasing and production, proactively communicating delivery impacts to relevant parties across the chain
  • Maintain supply chain master data quality and distribute monthly supplier scorecards, partnering with Vendors, Purchasing, and Quality to improve supplier performance
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with EHS regulations, participating in hazard identification, incident investigations, and risk assessments
