About The Position
This role is responsible for determining, coordinating, and supervising daily staffing assignments and levels. The supervisor will provide leadership, orientation, training, and mentoring to the team. They will also assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, monitor dispatch activities to ensure timely and quality deliveries, and observe and enforce quality assurance program standards.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Master's Degree.
- Supply Chain / Warehouse / Health-care experience.
- Leadership Experience.
