About The Position

Pafford Medical Services is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to support our local EMS operations in Eastern Oklahoma. This is an entry-level position with full training provided—a great opportunity to build a career in medical supply logistics. Our Supply Chain personnel are responsible for ensuring supplies are received from our warehouse and stocked at our local EMS stations and ambulances.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Certification of Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory control and recordkeeping.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and possess the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills, processes, and technologies.
• Ability and willingness to deploy in support of special events, emergency operations, and disaster response efforts as needed.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions and maintain regular attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections weekly for all stations in the assigned region.
• Inspections include, but are not limited to, all facilities and grounds as well as all fleet assets.
• Reports to the Director of Logistics on findings, makes recommendations and executes actions based on best practice standards and prescribed initiatives.
• Inspects all facilities and fleet assets with adherence to current OSHA compliant standards and regulations.
• Oversees materials management, logistics, supply chain, and stock rooms for assigned stations.
• Maintains strict compliance with all Pafford’s Policies & Procedures as well as those set forth by state and federal programs.
