About The Position

Based at Jensen Infrastructure’s headquarters in Reno, Nevada, the Supply Chain Process Manager drives ERP and supply chain process improvements across the company’s plants and distribution network. The role supports efficient planning, scheduling, and inventory management and promotes company-wide best practices. It is suited to professionals with experience in supply chain management, ERP management, process improvement, or continuous improvement. Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, the manager works closely with operations, purchasing, planning, sales, quality, and product management teams. The position focuses on streamlining ERP and supply chain workflows, improving inventory accuracy and order fulfillment to support customer service, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings.

Requirements

3–5 years of process improvement experience in manufacturing.
ERP expertise, including BOMs, routings, scheduling, and inventory.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S, applied to enterprise business processes, planning, and ERP workflows.
Excellent project leadership, communication, change management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Hands-on leadership approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Streamline ERP scheduling, MRP, BOM, routing, procurement, and inventory processes.
Support supply chain best practices and process standardization.
Improve inventory accuracy and order fulfillment to support excellent customer service.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable cost savings.
Work closely with operations, purchasing, planning, sales, quality, and product management teams.
