About The Position

Based at Jensen Infrastructure’s Reno, Nevada headquarters, the Supply Chain Process Manager drives ERP and supply chain process improvements across the company’s plants and distribution network. The role supports efficient planning, scheduling, and inventory management while promoting company-wide best practices and process standardization. It is suited to an energetic, hands-on leader with manufacturing process improvement and ERP experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to deliver efficiency and results. The position reports to the VP of Manufacturing and works closely with operations, purchasing, planning, sales, quality, and product management teams. Requirements

3–5 years of process improvement experience in manufacturing.
ERP expertise, including BOMs, routings, scheduling, and inventory.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S, applied to enterprise business processes, planning, and ERP workflows.
Strong project leadership, communication, change management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Streamline ERP scheduling, MRP, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, procurement, and inventory processes.
Support supply chain best practices and process standardization.
Improve inventory accuracy and order fulfillment, with a focus on excellent customer service.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings.
